Indian takeaway? No way!

An indian dinner menu – packed full of flavour, utilising heaps of fresh produce.

 

On the Menu:

Lamb Saag… or Lamb Palak – i’m not really sure of the difference, if any – in Australian: “Indian style Lamb with Spinach”

Mixed vegetable curry – using one of my favourite spice mixes: Bengali Five Spice

Basmati rice - from the rice cooker
